First of all, our innovative formula is fast-absorbing and not-sticky. Hydrating ingredients like Aloe Vera leave your hands soft and moisturized. It kills 99,99% germs and protects you when you can’t access soap and water to wash your hands. In addition, our modern and essential design prevents spillage in bags or pockets. Our KUB dispenser is powered by IoT technology, allowing you to constantly monitor consumption and battery life. It’s a money saver: its composition makes it last way longer than an ordinary gel or foam hand sanitizer.

Power Mist doesn’t need any maintenance, while Kub will really appreciate it if you clean its tray every 2/3 weeks with a soft cloth.

Yes! The Power Mist bottle is made of plastic which can be recycled under the plastic category #7 of most curbside recycling programs. The packaging box of the Power Mist, is made of PET plastic which can be recycled under category #1. The Refeel cartridge is made from PP plastic which can be recycled under category #5. However, before disposing, make sure to remove the memory card from it. The KUB itself is made of ABS plastic, but since it contains electronic parts, these would need to be disassembled in order to be recycled under the ABS plastic category #7.

All our products are designed in the USA and they’re made all around the world. The Power Mist and the Refeel are made in Mexico, as well as the Wall-mount and Floor-stand. The KUB and the Shield are made in China, and the Lanyard is made in South Korea.

It depends on your hands. WHO recommends to clean your hands by rubbing them with an alcohol-based formulation, like Touchland formula, as the preferred mean for routine hygienic hand antisepsis if hands are not visibly soiled. It is faster, more effective, and better tolerated by your hands than washing with soap and water.
Although, hand sanitizers are not as effective when hands are visibly dirty or greasy, in that case hand washing with water & soap would be a better solution.

Sure, use as often as needed, especially at key moments, such as before eating, after using the restroom and after touching objects that are frequently touched by others (doorknobs, pens…).

We want it to be accessible for everyone! Although experts believe that gluten can’t be absorbed directly through the skin, if a gluten-containing product touches the mouth or lips, it can be ingested that way. It can happen if you touch your lips after using hand sanitizer. And some people develop skin reactions to skincare products because they also have an allergy to wheat or other grains.

Yes, it is! None of the ingredients in our INCI are animal-derived.

We are not currently a USDA certified organic product. That is something we will look into for the future. That being said, we use the highest quality, all natural ingredients whenever possible.

No, we don’t! All Touchland team members are proud moms and dads of four legged furry babies! We adore animals!

No. Touchland formulation does not contain triclosan or other harmful ingredients. Our hand sanitizer is made to protect our clients’ health, not harm it!

Yes, our formula has a 2 year expiration date after being manufactured, but we think you’ll go through them so fast that this won’t even be an issue.

There is no reported or likely resistance to alcohol-based handrubs.

Power Mist contains more than 500 sprays. That’s 20 times more than gel pocket size hand sanitizers!

Power Mist is a personal accessory and that’s why it comes in 7 delicately scented fragrances: watermelon, forest berry, vanilla cinnamon, mint, aloe vera, citrus, lavender. So it fits everyone’s taste.

Power Mist is not refillable because, when refilling our products, there’s a high risk of cross contamination. However, Touchland formulation lasts 20 times more than gel carry on bottles. In our effort to be an eco-friendly company, we are working to create a recycling program to reduce plastic waste & compensate customers that help us take care of the environment by recycling through our program.

Kub hand sanitizing dispenser’s smart and innovative design is used with specific cartridges called “Refeels”. These cartridges are unique and especially designed for Kub, so they can’t be replaced with generic cartridges.

Refeel cartridges are not refillable because, when refilling our products, there’s a high risk of cross contamination. However, Touchland formulation lasts much more than ordinary hand sanitizers. Moreover, Refeel cartridges contain double doses compared to gel and foam cartridges. To refill the dispenser you need to change the Refeel cartridge.

KUB works with Refeel cartridges that are unscented. Although, Refeel will come in scented fragrances in the future, so stay tuned!

No! KUB comes in 3 different support options: table-stands, wall-mount & floorstand.

○ One red flashing light means the Refeel is empty.
○ Two red flashing lights mean the battery is low.
○ Three red flashing lights mean the Refeel is not being detected properly.
○ Four red flashing lights mean “general issue”.

Customized products are made for specific clients, so they can’t be returned even when sealed and undamaged.
